The purpose of The Coming Home Network International (CHNetwork) is to provide fellowship, encouragement, and support for Protestant pastors and laymen who are somewhere along the journey or have already been received into the Catholic Church. The CHNetwork is committed to assisting and standing beside all inquirers and converts, serving as a friend and an advocate.
My name is Jim Anderson, an assistant director of the CHNetwork, and I am here to answer whatever questions you may have and provide whatever support I can as you seek to discover the Catholic faith.
I was raised as an evangelical protestant and during my studies at Ashland Theological Seminary, by God's grace I discovered the joy and the truth of the Catholic faith (For my full testimony, click here). I understand from personal experience the sacrifices that are involved when one's search for truth leads to the Catholic Church. Often family and friends misunderstand and one's livlihood may be in jeopardy. The Coming Home Network International was founded with this understanding in mind to provide you with support through resources and fellowship.
Networking is one of the key aspects of the ministry of CHNI. We attempt to link people on the journey with Catholic converts, called Helpers, ideally from their own denominational tradition and area of abode. In this way, we hope to encourage people with the knowledge that they are not alone and that they can have someone to lean on, both intellectually and emotionally. Keep in mind that this in only an option. We do not want you to feel that you are being pressured to do anything.
We encourage you to become a member of the CHNI fellowship by filling out the form below - The information you provide will be kept completely confidential and will enable us to help you.
Yours in Christ,
Jim Anderson, Director of Pastoral Care
The Coming Home Network International
