Friends,
I wonder if any of you can help me. I am looking for a special prayer to share with a friend of mine.
This friend is in a relationship with a man and is trying to determine if she should stay in the relationship. The man is a cradle Catholic and my friend is also considering attending RCIA.
Is there a good prayer that I could recommend to her specifically seeking direction as to personal decisions such as these? Also, is there a prayer you could recommend for me to say for her to help her in her decisions?
The situation is complicated and I am distrustful of the man. I see him as a very poor example of devout Catholicism, but my friend says he "knows everything about the Church".
Anyway, I definitely believe prayers are needed, and would appreciate any direction in this regard.

Lord God, King of heaven and earth,
I am facing a diffiuclt decision in my life
and I do not know what road to take.
You have given me the awesome power to choose wisely.
Inspire me to make the right decision
no matter what it may be.
Let me carefully weigh the reasons on all sides
from a human point of view
and then rely of your grace for divine help.
When the decision has been reached,
let me not look back,
in firm knowledge that I have done my part
and have made a right decision in your eyes.
