I have a cousin in Topkeka KS who has been afflicted with a brain tumor. Unfortunately the information I have is that depending on the diagnosis my aunt's received so far, her situation looks very dire.

My cousin's name is June Marie Belt. She's the only daughter of Patricia (Barrett) Belt and has three brothers. Undoubtedly her suffering and (perhaps eventual passing) will be a terrible blow to her family, especially my aunt, who also happens to be my Godmother.

Thank you very much,
Steven

Stephen, I will add June Marie's name to my prayers.  God relieve her suffering, give wisdom and skill to the doctors, and strength and comfort to her family.

O Lord our God, Who by a word alone did heal all diseases, Who did cure the kinswoman of Peter, You Who chastise with pity and heal according to Your goodness; Who are able to put aside every sickness and infirmity, do You Yourself, the same Lord, grant aid to Your servant June and cure her of every sickness of which she is grieved; and send down upon her Your great mercy, and if it be Your will, give to her health and a complete recovery; for You are the Physician of our souls and bodies, grant your peace and health to the family and friends of June, and to You do we send up Glory: to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Both now and forever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.

Dear Pani Rose,

Thank you very much for your kind posting and most of all for your prayers. I haven't heard much in a while from Kansas so perhaps things aren't looking so glum. But just the same, we can never let up; neither for June Marie, her mom Patsy, my aunt/Godmother and everybody else in need of prayers.

Again, many thanks and God Bless you and everyone else for your thoughtfulness and prayers.

In Christ's Love,

Steven

I, too, am praying for her.  For some reason (probably the urging of the Holy Spirit) I have added several healing requests to my intentions when I pray the Rosary.  And June Marie is now one of them.
