Husband has an intestinal blockage and is in the hospital for observation. He's in quite a bit of pain. He's never been in the hospital as an adult so this is all new to him.
Please pray for me as I am awaiting some test results.

| Peace be with you, Sharon. I will remember your family in my prayers this evening. May God bless you both, may He guide your husband's physicians in diagnosing and treating his illness. May you both be strenthened by the grace of God to accept whatever is to come.

Sharon,
I will be praying for your husband and you.
Psa 40:11 As for you, O LORD, you will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me!
Psa 103:1-5 Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! (2) Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, (3) who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, (4) who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, (5) who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
I will pray that God's will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
YBIC,
Bill

Sharon, I am praying for you and your husband.
Remember that your guardian angel is right there with you as you wait.
Talk to him. Ask him to help you trust in God as the angels do.
Chin up, sweetie,
Becky

| Sharon, you and your husband are in my prayers. If you have a chance, look for the hospital chapel and go in and say a Hail Mary or two. It's probably a quiet room and a little break for you. There are very good advances in surgery for this type of thing, my Dad had an intestinal kink at age 81 and had surgery. He did great, was home in a couple of days. I pray for full recovery for your husband, relief from pain and anxiety, and comfort for you. God bless

Thank you so much for your prayers for my husband. The blockage shifted itself so there was no need for surgery. He's home now and on a clear liquid diet.
My test results came back 'clean'. I'm a breast cancer survivor and had some abnormal liver panel results come back from a routine physical. More than likely it was because of a drug I was taking which metabolizes in the liver and apparently can do the same kind of damage that Tylenol does but they wanted to to be sure. Everything looks fine but they want to do a CAT-scan as well and that's fine with me. Its been five years and I would like to know if everything is ok...and if its not perhaps they can get it early. One good thing about going to breast cancer support groups is that I know women who have survived re-occurances...some more than once! Its not what it used to be.
But thank you so much for your prayers.

Sharon, thanks for the update.
You have been on my heart.
It's great to get this good news.
Hope the scan goes well also.
God bless,
Becky
