Since dh is laid up, lol, he though maybe he could listen to the Bible on audio instead of Harry Potter.  Or maybe he'll just finish HP first then move onto the Bible {giggles madly at the controversy that might cause}.

We of course do not have one, nor is there a Catholic bookstore within 30 minutes of us.  So my options are requesting one from the library or downloading one {for free} off the net.

Which version do you recommend, and if a downloadable one is available, where might I find that?

TIA!

Ali

The New American Bible can be purchased and downloaded as mp3 files for less than $30 here:
http://www.biblebible.com/Catholic-bible.asp

CDs of the Ignatius Bible can be purchased here for $58.95 or so:
http://www.ignatius.com/

There are probably other sources, but these are the first ones that popped up for me.
