We just purchased a Liturgy of the Hours.  Does anyone one know of any sites which describe how to read it?

The site listed by GoFisher has some interlinear rubrics. Note that you have to subscribe to get access.

Also, EWTN has some helps here. From the list, select Liturgy and Sacred Music. And from the list that follows, select Breviary/Liturgy of the Hours. (These roundabout directions are necessary because the pages are framed and therefore not directly accessible by URL.)

More general instructions regarding the basic manner of praying the liturgy of the hours and which texts to use when are to be found in the introductory material and in the yearly guide (available for Christian Prayer and the 4-volume Liturgy of the Hours, but not for the Shorter Christian Prayer). The latter must be purchased separately and is available at most Catholic bookstores, including EWTN online.

Here is a version that does not require a subscription and has some instructions as well.

I have one too and it should come with a guide for the year to tell you what to read on what day. Which time of day are you trying to get set up? I know mine has no directions in it and somebody had to help me. I personally love night prayer, it is so peaceful.

Here is a Podcast that features Morning and Evening Prayers:

http://www.sqpn.com/scripts/praystation.php

The reader, Jeff Vista, usually post prayers a few days in advance, although at the moment it looks like he's running a little behind at the moment.  Click "Listen" if you'd rather listen on your PC than download to an mp3 player.
