Saint Joseph Parish, South Bend, IN seeks a Director of Christian Formation. A member of the Pastoral team, this full-time minister furthers the mission of the parish through oversight of the process that includes both Christian initiation and ongoing formation for the laborative spirit and a desire to grow with the parish community. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree, and at least one year of ministry experience. A bachelor's degree in theology or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree in ministry is highly preferred.
