During "discussion" with my dad, one of his arguments about the RCC was that everyone now acknowledges that there are three heavens or three levels of heaven and the RCC doesn't admit that.  Can someone explain to me, please?

Love,

Laura

St. Paul references "third heaven" so the Sola Scriptura believers must accept three heavens.  I assume that's the "everyone" he's referring to.

Jews and Muslims believe in seven heavens, the ultimate of which (Seventh Heaven) is the abode of the Throne of the Most High God.  You can read about Jewish and Muslim beliefs at Wikipedia.

A Jewish perspective is available here.  And finally, an article on CHN discusses Purgatory in relation to the seven levels of heaven here.

As to your father's assertion, please ask him to provide evidence that a belief in three heavens is accepted by any major Christian denomination (Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican, Methodist, Lutheran, Presbyterian, etc.)
