This is a question about praying the rosary for a special intention.  There is a right form of prayer here, beginning with the sign of the cross, then the apostle's creed, the Our Father, etc.  If I am praying for one specific intention, where is the appropriate place to insert that intention?  Also, is it alright to add additional prayers to other saints at the end, or should the rosary be completed and then an additional prayer made?  I think I may have asked this before, but I still don't know the correct procedure.  Thanks

The Rosary is a private devotion so there is no wrong way.  When it is recited by a group they will usually have a set format, so follow the group and just hold your intentions in your heart.  When you are praying alone, you can modify it any way you wish to meet the particular purposes of the moment.  For example, if you are having a sad day, you can pray the Sorrowful Mysteries even if it isn't the right day of the week.  You don't have to wait for Thursday to pray the Mysteries of Light.  You can add the Prayer to St. Michael at the end, and ask your patrons to pray for you.  You can intersperse scripture or meditations between the Hail Mary's.

"Have it your way!"

That is exactly what it should be, your prayer to the greatest of God's creatures, the Blessed Mother of our Savior.
