Your wife has no problem, since earthly marriage is ended by death. You, on the other hand, will need to seek a declaration of nullity from the Church. You say you have "two living wives" and I assume that includes your current wife. If not then you will need two declarations of nullity. You may pursue them both at the same time.
Once you both have no current marriages except to each other, you can have your current marriage validated by the Church.
