Is there anything wrong about having two crucifixes displayed on the same wall?  Or is it discouraged in any way even if not officially? I feel after a point it starts to look kind of scary or overemphasized (not that we could over emphasize the cross, and i love the stations of the cross, but i mean in a different sort of way).

I guess I am thinking that one is enough for one area to remind you of his love and passion in the cross. I am just trying to figure out what to do with this second smaller one I was given as a gift and am not sure where to put it or any subsequent one's i may receive.

No.  I know several people who have a wall they dedicated to crosses and crucifixes they receive as gifts.  One has probably close to 50.
