You'll find a listing of 180 novenas at Catholic Doors.
You'll find a list of the patron saints of converts at Catholic Forum.
A simple search for "novena" brings back many hits at Catholic vendors, and a brief visit to a Catholic store will give you access to tons of novenas on all sorts of subjects.

A couple of additional resources: You'll find novenas to St. Monica, who successfully prayed for the conversion of her husband, Patricius, and her son, St. Augustine, here and here, and to Our Lady of Siluva here. The latter is specifically for the return of fallen away Catholics, but also for the conversion of non-Catholics.
Another particularly appropriate novena might be to the Virgin Mary, Untier of Knots, which you'll find here.
