plus i still from the sight can not understand how the inscription works. if the phrase means something or if each letter on the side is just trying to say an initial of a prayer, and what that prayer is ?

"sentia mvniamvr eivs in obitvnropra" any help?

The Medal of St. Benedict has a long and illustrious history as a sacramental.

The inscription properly reads: eius in obitu n[ost]ro praesentia muniamur, “May we at our death be fortified by his presence.”
