I turned on the t.v. this morning and took a glimpse at TBN.  John Hagee's show was on and he had a rabbi on as his guest.  Hagee was talking about the urgency that is needed for Christians to support Israel.  He said we should show our support in the capital this July by attending the above event.  Do any of you have an opinion about this out there?  I know that Hagee is big on the end times which more than likely shapes his opinion regarding Israel.

One thing I considered was if Hagee would be as willing to unite with the Catholic Church for Christian unity as he is to support the nation of Israel.  In other words, would he be willing to risk his reputation by having a Catholic priest as a guest on his show?  Hmmm...just food for thought.

Give me your opinions folks.

Darlene

Yes, that's part of his end times preaching. All those Jews will have the chance to become good evangelicals when Jesus returns, or something like that. I suspect the Jewish people of Israel are laughing all the way to the bank with the money he raises.

I wish he had the same concern for the Palestian Christians in The West Bank and Bethlehem - the few that are left. They have a hard life caught between the two factions. But then most of them are Catholic, so that doesn't count.

Best Regards,
