I was watching television the other day and was channel surfing when I noticed a headline on CNN Headline News. It said "Man converts to Catholicism", that of course brought my attention and the story goes as follows:
A Baptist man named Phil McCord was walking past a beautiful church in Indiana, when he heard organ music playing. He decided to go in and check it out. After people had left, he was alone and decided to go over to a Saint, the Saints name was Mother Gueria or something to that name (I forget). Anyway, he spoke and told her "If you have anything to do with God, you will cure me of my blindness." He was immediately cured, converted on the spot and converted to the Catholic faith. At the end of the segment, he was shown kneeling and bowing before Christ on the cross. A miracle indeed, but the greater miracle is having it on CNN.
