From the TALMUD.

Isaiah 56:7 - "My house of Prayer." The literial Hebrew states: "The house of My Prayer." Hence we infer that the Holy one prays. What does He pray? "May it be My will that My mercy may subdue My wrath and My mercy prevail over My attribute of justice so that I may deal with My children in the quality of mercy and enter on their behalf within the line of strict justice."

Interesting how this reading fell on the Jewish Holiday "Yom Kippur." (10/08/08).

I must reply to myself.

I just finish reading the New Testament reading for today, Hebrews 9.

Hebrews 9:7, states: "but the high priest alone goes into the inner one once a year, not without blood that he offers for himself and for the sins of the people."

Hebrews 9 is a description of the "Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur)." What are the odds that this reading would fall on the daily reading of the Scripture ? To me, this is Divine Intervention. WOW! :bowing:

"Food at the proper time" takes on a whole new meaning, doesn't it?

Nice seeing you around!
