A while back on the boards there was a lady from Lafayette, In.  I can't remember her user name.

She wrote about her church and how nice it is.  My husband is from Lafayette and we will be going up there in June to visit.

Ma'am, if you see this--I would like to know to which parish you belong.  It sounds like a church I'd like to visit while we are there.

Thank you!

Beth

We have two users who have listed Indiana as their location in their profiles.  You can see their user records here.

If everyone would put their location (even just country and state if USA) in their profiles, it would make it much easier to locate each other as we travel, or to find those nearby.  New seekers often ask if I know anyone in their area, but since the majority of us have not entered our locations (even though we don't hesitate to give that information in open messages), I can't help them.

Hi, it might have been me that you were talking about. I live in Lafayette. Unfortunately I don't get on the computer much these days except to work, but fortunately, I saw this posting this morning and saw that you are coming to Lafayette in June so it's not too late to contact you. I go to St. Ann's parish on Wabash Ave. Father Mike is no longer with us. The bishop relocated a lot of priests last year, and sent him to Union City, but Father Dominic Young is our priest now and he is very nice too. I am sure you would love our parish. I believe my email address is in the system here so feel free to email me at any time. An unknown email address sometimes goes into my junk mail folder automatically so if you have emailed me before and not received an answer, this is probably why. While I check my email every day, I don't always have time to check the junk folder unless I am expecting something specific. Anyway, I will check it every day now, and look forward to communicating with you. Dona

PS. the baby in my profile is my brand new, one and only, great granddaughter Rilee. I have her picture EVERYWHERE, so why not here. ;)
