Catholic Community Forum has a teen group at http://www.catholic-forum.com/forums/index.php.

LifeTeen has a forum at http://www.lifeteen.com/default.aspx?PageID=TEENTALK.

ByzCath has a group called ByzanTEEN for Eastern Catholic teens at http://www.byzcath.org/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/cfrm.

That's three right off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more.
