Well, I want to share with you that I recieved a letter stating that my marriage was invalid.  I could not believe that the process took less than a week and it was very inexpensive ($50.00).  I am glad and thankful everything is finished and completed ;)

I have a small dilemma, though.  When I asked David for a copy of the marriage certificate, I explained to him why I needed it for.  In return, he asked me as a favor for a copy of the nullity once it was granted.  I agreed.  This nullity may not have any meaning to him, but I said yes.  What do you think I should do? Do I send him a copy or not?  I do not want to start a new line of communication since we have not talked/communicated with each for some months.

Blessings,

Angie

Angie -

Since you must have gone through a ( your ?) parish priest to initiate the process, he might be a good one to bounce this off of.  This is not a frivolous question, and seeing that he knows you and the case, perhaps that's a good place to start.

Perhaps others here might have similar circumstances and could expand a bit more in other ways.

God bless.

It's his marriage, too.  If the diocese had his address, they should have sent him a copy.  At any rate, I believe he is entitled to one.
