Someone asked on another forum if babies learn from us or do we learn from them.  I thought I would share my story with you...

I was unpacking some Mexican Tin work, they are about 18"x24", one is of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, the other Our Lady of Guadelupe. Now our grandson was here, not quite a year old at the time, talking some and not very clear, not in full words or even sentences, and only walking a few months. We are Eastern Catholic, so Blessed Mother more often than not is called Theotokos.

I sat them on the floor, proped against the wall. He came over and stood in front of them and shouted 'BLESSED MOTHER!' Then gave them a big kiss. Out of the mouths of babes. I have always said that is why babies can't talk, they would spill the beans about heaven I had to just leave them sit there for him and for months following that time, we had the parade of icons around here, he would pick them up and carry them wherever he went inside. They were bigger than he was

Can I say there is no doubt in this family, not that there was anyway
