Hmm, yes. I think I may have mentioned this before... but I am in love with Peter Kreeft. I should like to be the next Kreeft, me thinks.
I would love to meet him someday.

Peter Kreeft meet U2. They are my obsession, er, I mean . . . . never mind what I mean. You get my drift.

(Do people still say that anymore, even? Get my drift? Gosh, I hope I'm not hopelessly unhip now.)

Kayla, some day when you are declared a Doctor of the Church, remember me in your prayers. I will be folding the chairs in purgatory.

I am sure you've found his website peterkreeft.com with LOADS AND LOADS of writings and audio. I've listened to most everything on that site, most of it quite good. For a while there my 4gig mp3 player was packed with Kreeft. His audio "10 lessons in the Lord of the Rings" was fun.
Kreeft's book on Pascal's Pensees is pretty cool. Christianity for Modern Pagans, I think it is called. Pick up a copy of the Pensees, read it, then read Kreeft's commentary. That would be fine summer reading!
Kreeft did an Intro to the Catechism that was available free from Knight's of Columbus. Not sure if it is still available. That was be a nice, free resource.
