Hi folks:

Just a quick hello for now. I am a former Baptist preacher who converted to the Catholic Church in 1992. I am now a consecrate brother with the Order of the Legion of St. Michael and the webmaster to the St. Michael's Call Catholic Supersite.

We're glad to have you with us.  Please feel free to post a link to the site you administer.

One quick question:  You say in your message you are "not" a consecrated brother.  Your habit and cross indicate otherwise.   Did  you mean "now"?

Hi:

Sorry, that was a typo. Yes, I AM a consecrated brother living in hermitage. I live at St. Michael House Hermitage in Iowa.

The website is http://www.saint-mike.org It is one of the largest sites for Catholics on the web. We have a support group for those with sexual addictions (the first on the web), Q&A forums, a spiritual warfare BBS, plus subsidiary sites such as the St. Padre Pio Center for Deliverance Counseling and the St. Thomas More Center for Social Justice. It is a handful.

Hello, Bro. Ignacius Mary, and welcome!

I had an online buddy who told me about your site a couple of years ago (at least I think it was the same site - it looks the way I remember it). At the time, though, he'd told me that the site wasn't completely up and running - some kind of a problem where it was shut down for awhile or something. I did check it out, though, and what I saw of it looked pretty good, but since it wasn't up and running for awhile I haven't been back. Glad to see it's up again. I'll have to look at it more thoroughly now.

I hope you enjoy being here on this forum. It's a great group of people. Hope to hear more from you! Welcome and God bless +

JMJ

God bless you Brother. Your background might be of help to many of us who are occasionally confounded by baptist teachings regarding the end times, once saved - always saved, and rejection of eclesiastical authority in the church.
