Hi all,
My name is Jason and I am a new member of this forum who lives in a nursing home. I come from various other denominations and have tried New Throught, but it turned out to be too expensive so I came back to Christianity as an Episcopal. There is a Catholic Preist who comes to offer Mass here, and some of the members come with him. One of them has started talking to me about the Church and its teachings.
Eventhough I watch other ministries outside EWTN, I constantly am turning back to EWTN alot. I watch the daily Mass as well as Mother Angelica and others. I also watch the Journey Home because that is really what a am on--a journey back home to my loving Father and Lord Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas to all, and Happy Birthday Jesus!

Hello jason - and welcome! You'll find lots of inspiring stuff at EWTN - that's where I got really pulled into the church.

Thanks Bonnie and Becky,
I truely appreciate your letters. It helps me build up my Catholic friendships even if it is online. I have a St. Benedict crusifix that I am wearing and I also have a new Catholic Bible and a friend let me borrow a Catechism until he can get me a new one.
I also found out that my preist (who is also my Spiritual Director) is coming to the nursing home on Christmas Eve to offer mass for us. This is indeed the best time of year!
