Dear Rick,
Ok, first off, don't get mad at me, but I need to know how to add information to my profile, such as where I live and my religious background, etc. I know you told me before but not sure where that post is.
Could you refresh my memory? I would like to add some things to my profile so that folks know a little bit more about me.

Click the "My Account" button at the top of any forum page, then click the "Profile" tab.
