Steve Ray: A former Baptist looks at the Creed

Former Baptist Steve Ray returns to the show to discuss his recent book, The Catholic Faith: An Introduction to the Creeds. He recaps some of the key reasons he became Catholic, and looks at how the Nicene Creed functioned in the Church in an era when most Christians couldn’t read, and the Bible wasn’t yet being mass produced. Marcus and Steve also talk about the urgency of following Christ in a world full of uncertainty, and how God might be challenging us personally to grow deeper in relationship with him.
